BookFunnel Frequently Asked Questions

How will I receive audiobooks or eBooks I order?

Audiobooks and eBooks are delivered via BookFunnel. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email from BookFunnel with a link to your book. If you do not see the email within five minutes, check your Spam folder. If you have more than one email address, the book is delivered to the email you used at checkout.

Where do I find my BookFunnel books?

You can find your library at https://my.bookfunnel.com

Where do I find the BookFunnel app.

How can I read my eBooks?

You can download books to your BookFunnel app or read them in your browser.

Can I read my eBooks in other reading apps?

Yes. In your BookFunnel library. click on the book and you'll see an option to Download, which opens this screen. Click your preferred reader and you will see instructions

How do I listen to my audiobooks?

You can listen to the books in your BookFunnel app or by streaming in the BookFunnel cloud player and (or!) DRM-free MP3 downloads.

What do I do if I have technical questions about BookFunnel?
